INDUSTRIAL / COMMERCIAL PURE HYDROGEN FUEL CELL SYSTEM

The FCell-100 is designed for industrial/commercial use and has a power output of 100 kW. By using pure hydrogen (99.97% purity), it is an excellent solution for carbon-free energy supply. If heat is needed, it can be collected and exported as hot water.

The system is suitable for installation near chemical plants where hydrogen by-products are abundant or coupled with hydrogen electrolysis systems. It is a powerful tool for absorbing hydrogen and converting it into other forms of energy.

Product Technology

Low voltage power generation stack

The FCell system uses self-developed low-voltage, low-temperature PEM cells. Unlike fuel cell fuel cells for vehicles, the cells use improved proton exchange membranes. The charge-optimized membrane electrode can effectively reduce the degradation rate of the membrane and the loss rate of the catalyst, greatly prolonging the service life of the cells and meeting the requirements of long-term power generation. At the same time, the membrane electrode catalyst adopts an anti-CO poisoning design, which can withstand the impact of 0-10 ppm CO poisoning for a long period of time. This design makes the operation of the cells very stable and improves the redundancy of the system under power generation conditions.

Small flow hydrogen cycle process

The FCell system is integrated with a hydrogen recycling unit specially developed for low-flow hydrogen recycling. In this way, the cycle algorithm can be optimized, the hydrogen utilization rate can be effectively improved (avoiding dangerous straight rows or straight rows after oxidation), and the power generation efficiency can be improved. The low-energy consumption design of the circulation device also effectively reduces the impact on net power generation and system efficiency. The highest measured power generation efficiency can reach 53.7%, and the total system efficiency is >92%.

Small flow hydrogen cycle process

The FCell system is controlled by a safety PLC, and multiple complete safety chains are designed. We have integrated multiple hydrogen and smoke detectors both inside and outside the fuel cell, and programmed multiple safety response functions into the program. Once abnormal working conditions such as over-temperature, over-pressure, and low-pressure occur in the system or abnormal conditions such as leakage and fire outside the system, the system will give an early warning and automatically stop when necessary to ensure the safety of system operation. In addition, the reactor system adopts a low-voltage design, and the reactor working pressure is only 8-14kPa, which reduces the pressure of the pipeline and reactor, greatly improves the safety of the reactor, and minimizes the risk of hydrogen leakage.

Cold start design

FCell system has designed a cold start unit, which can achieve fast start at -20℃. This improves the adaptability of the product to be used in cold areas such as the north.

Modular design

The FCell system adopts a modular design concept. The entire system is composed of four modules: fuel cell module, control module, electrical control module, and thermal management module. Multiple systems can be easily operated in parallel. The system design is compact, simple, and easy to maintain. The system is easy to install, has no special requirements on the installation environment, and can be plug and play. In addition, the system box adopts a sealed design, and the inside of the box is in a state of micro negative pressure. This design can ensure safe and stable operation when installed in a closed environment such as a basement.

Convenient operation

FCell system adopts intelligent control design. The system can easily achieve one-key start and one-key shutdown. The whole operation process is very convenient and friendly, and does not require the user to have complex professional theoretical knowledge. The working parameters of the system can be displayed on the screen, and the user can check the temperature curve, pressure curve, individual battery voltage and other parameters of the system at any time. And the system supports curve power adjustment mode. Users can adjust the power of the fuel cell system according to their individual needs. The system will work in a 24-hour cycle according to the parameter curve set by the user.
